Hopefully, everyone had a chance to hear Skip Murphy fill in for Tom Joyner for two weeks while Tom was recovering from hip replacement surgery. Those who did, what did you think? My friend who lives on the east coast thought Skip Murphy should either replace Tom or syndicate his own show. Would love to see everyone's feed back.

I listened and was impressed, but Tom Joyner's show is a well-oiled machine and tops in the morning in my opinion. I not one to jump on the TJMS haters bandwagon. I would like to see Skip Murphy syndicated, but as afternoon alternative to Michael Baisden. By the way, Skip Murphy & Company has on on-line radio show.

So it was local for Dallas? Thats good KSOC is giving their listeners another choice. Their ratings have gone up a bit since the switch to Urban Oldies. I knida wonder since I was listening to KMJK on my iphone they were playing the best of Tom Joyner while on the holiday break
