Skip Murphy's first day on KRNB

From what I had a chance to hear, Skip fit right in. He sounded more relaxed. He sounded like himself as opposed to the hip hop act he was putting on at K104. He even have a little "Grown & Sexy" mix at 5pm called, "Take it to the House Mix". From what I heard, he sounded great.

Hey, I heard Skip's first day with the 'dot' and yeah, he was more natural because that is his own personal target demo. Also, 105.7 has the appeal to the urban gospel crowd going all day sanctified on Sunday. Murphy never fully embraced that thug role that Cheatham tried to make him voice. The 'house' mix was nice, but man, I miss Skip being the straight man so much! Maybe we could offer Wig something???

Would be nice if Nannette and Wig could join him again. Another thing I am noticing. He now get the chance to interview r&b artists. So far, I've heard Eddie Levert on his show, and he did a telephone interview with Howard Hewitt. I really dig his show.
