Skippy Back On KOOL

Not as Skippy, but as his alter ego Tony McGraw.

Heard him on-air midday today. He had been doing
weekends/fill at K-Slacks for quite a while.

Which KOOL morning show was Skippy the sidekick on?
(I can't remember--there were so many prior to Gardner.)

I think he was with Danny Davis, and then maybe Brian Casey and the Breakfast Bunch. Of course, Channel 10 mornings came later.

Tony was Danny's producer/sidekick at KOOL. He then went with Danny to Sunny 97 when Charlie Van ------ ( you know, the guy with the deep voice...the software won't let me use his name because it's a slang term for...well, it probably won't let me say what it's for, either) left in 1993...and was there with him until the format and call letter change to KCHT (K-Hits) in December, 1994. They both returned to KOOL in 1995. If I recall correctly, that was the last time they worked together. When that ended ('97? '98?) Danny went on to KOY and Tony to Tucson.
