SkyFi3 Problems?

Anybody else having problems with their Delphi SkyFi3 ?
It tends to lock-up until eternity when I first place it into the car cradle.

Delphi 'customer service' line hangs up on you after you're on hold for 10 minutes, and emails come back saying to call them on their phone line (bastards).

Anybody ever able to contact these doofusses to talk about their radio hardware/software problems?
