First it was Air America Radio's "associates" program.
Then Savage's buy-my-book-and-a-GI-gets-one-free program.
Then Rush's buy-a-GI-a-subscription-to-my-website program.
Now, Salem Radio (a purported Christian broadcaster), Bonneville International (owned by the Mormon Church)and Infinity Radio (a company with roots in such former class acts as Group W and the original CBS)have a new game: Fake surveys intended to trick people into listening to a given radio station (and since these direct mail promotions coincide with Arbitron ratings periods, to get people to enter stations in their diaries to which they may or may not have actually listened).
