Slogans for CHRs

What are some good slogans for CHRs?
1. Today's Hit Music
2. All the hits
3. Insert name of city/region here's hit Music station.
4. Today's hottest music
5. Today's hottest hits
6. Your hit Music channel

Wow, some of these old and tired slogans are still in use? Those stations still running jingle packages from the early 90s as well?

KTFM/Energy 94.1 "San Antonio's #2 Hit Music Station"

A very interesting spin on being slightly different.
A slight amount of irony, considering that the call letters KTFM were associated with hit music (mainstream and rhythmic) long before KXXM came along.

I was driving across southern New Mexico back in 1993, and after awhile of scanning and finding nothing, the radio landed on a station. The sweeper said "we're not just Silver City's best hit music station...we're Silver City's ONLY hit music station!"

That's working with what you got, folks.

Years later, I wound up working with a PD who had this crazy idea..."slogan-less radio." You didn't need to TELL the audience what you were. You needed to BE what you were, and they'd figure it out. You could say "we're the FUN radio station!" all day long, but if you weren't actually fun? It wouldn't work.

So we created imaging that was entertaining and interesting. Not having to shoehorn a slogan in there was a bonus, because we could use that time to inject a few seconds more of absurdity. The idea was not to hammer the listener with the slogan, but - and this was key - make them stop, look at their radio, and say "what did I just hear?"

Granted, this was back in the days of diaries. when your success hung on making listeners remember your station by being...you know...memorable. You play the music they like? That's good. Make them remember that you gave it to them? That's better. Give them a reason to keep coming back? That's gold.

Or you could just be the "ten in a row" station.

Nope. KTFM is owned by Alpha Media. The market's "#1" CHR station is KXXM/Now 96.1 owned by iHeartMedia

(I put quote #1 but it isn't the #1 station in the market)

Not many ways to say it. There’s only so many ways a station and have a slick slogan that describes playing hit music.

No two ways about it.

Only one way to skin a cat.

Not much else to say.

Tomato Tomaaato.

My grandfather owned the only blacksmith shop in Silver City almost all of the 20th century. I was over there frequently in my younger days. It was once a thriving little mining town but it has fallen on very hard times recently so it's no wonder it has only one "hit music" station.

Back in the early 2000s, there was a group of CHR stations in the UK that used "The Big Noise in [whichever city]". It sounded as bad as it was.

One of the Rhythmic CHR stations in Liverpool is using "Escape To Where Music Means More" at present, which I'm not sure about. It doesn't actually tell you what the station does, or what it plays. It's quite an interesting choice in the current context of miserable news - I think they are trying to position themselves as an upbeat, entertainment-based "escape" from whatever the hell is going out out there politically and economically, but to a non-listener it could be anything from Soft AC to Alternative.
