Small Compressor Limiter

Howdy Folks, I am on the look out for a small mic compressor. Something that can be setup and sent out with talent and they do nothing but plug it in. One that was powered off 48v phantom power would be great!
I found an RDL unit that looks promising for the application, but any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!

More information please.
What is the mic compressor feeding?
What is the required output level?

Powering from 48 volt phantom would be a problem due to the low current available.

The application is a headset mic/headphones on a sports announcer going in to a comrex access mixer. When the big play happens they tend to get loud and clip the input, lowering the overall level keeps the cliping to a minimum but then we are left with a low signal.
The unit I'm concidering is an RDL EZ-MPC1, As you put it Chuck, very few buttons for the talent to push.

Have used the RDL EZ-MPC1 in sports broadcasting, and it works well. Had the same problem with announcers who tend to get way too loud on big plays. Also hid one in a backup studio where the normal users would tend to overmodulate often. It worked there also.
