Small Market Radio..... Really Small

Any creative ideas from a Small Market PD on things your station has done to be more in the public eye, on top of your competitor, and just to stand out.

Eureka, Victor Valley, Susanville...I'm talking to you!

You might want to contact Eric Kaufman of KZIQ Ridgecrest, Ridgecrest is about the same size in population as Susanville, or Eureka. Ridgecrest has three local broadcasters, two are locally owned, operated and programmed, Eric and KZIQ are very community involved, it is hard to find a community function that KZIQ is not involved in.
Despite what the mega broadcasters might thing, people are fed up with the lack of localism.
