Small tower in Acushnet?

Was out driving in Rochester, Acushnet area on Rte. 105 the other day and saw a small single tower in Acushnet. It looked like a small AM non directional. Heavy Duty power lines in, no signage, locked gate. Is anyone familiar with this tower? It sits near a field, and see a ball field in the back.<P ID="signature">______________
It's not the size of the tower.....
It's how you use it.

It's probably a low frequency, Non directional radio beacon.
Or..possibly a TIS station.
