Smerconish Live From Atlanta

Michael Smerconish is doing his show live from WGST this week. If my ears did not deceive me, I believe at one point, he actually referred to the station as a "flamethrower"! Has he ever tried to listen to his own show on his own affiliate?

WGST doesn't even matter enough to worry about it. Its a shame that a once powerful station, killing WSB in the ratings has now become a gateway only for syndicated shows. Live and Local is not on WGST's Mind.

They could move the equipment to the broom closet of a sister radio station. CC could literally run WGST out of a broom closet, much like WWDB-AM in Philadelphia is operated - or so I've heard...

The janitorial staff could cover the live breaks when they go to get a broom.....

The same closet could accommodate all of 'GST's listeners.

Flamethrower during the day, a flick-your-BIC lighter at night.
