Smerconish's Ratings Up At WGST

There is a banner ad in T-R-I and I believe on R-I as well, promoting the Michael Smerconish show, and some of the stations that carry his show that have experienced an increase in ratings. One of them listed is WGST, which is "up 20%."

Does this mean Smerconish has gone from 5 listeners in Atlanta to 6?
