I don't know Dave, and I don't know if this is all true or not, (how much of the stuff on here is total BS?) but if it is true, I've got some advice: Take the pay cut and ride this out. You're in a good gig in a good market. You're working for a good boss (Jenny) at a company (Entercom) that's at least in a better position than most to ride out the next couple years financially. And it's only gonna get worse over the next year or two. It's tough and degrading to be asked to take a pay-cut. But the reality is that morning jock salaries are dropping all over the country, and what most jocks are looking for right now is stability, not big money. I know a lot of out-of-work morning jocks who'd kick down some doors to have a shot at a good gig like that. Hang in there, take one for the company, and keep up the good work.
