Smooth FM 104.3

Now that some time has passed since the frequency swaps, I have a thought or two about the going on at the 104.3 signal. Does anyone think that the relatively soft AC format is not sufficiently different from Sunny's format? Might some offices not bother to migrate down the dial to 107.9?

And speaking of Sunny, does anyone know what happened to Randy Marsh?

I don't remember where I read it online, but when Sunny moved to 107.9, a brief update stated that Randy Marsh was let go, and was, at least as far as I understood it, being replaced by a part timer. There was no explanation of why Randy left, and if the part timer was a permament solution for Sunny afternoons. Anyone know the real story?
