smooth jazz in nepa?

Interstate 78

theres some folks on here who have complained that this format has never been tried here but i just looked up a list of HD radio stations in nepa and it says WFEZ's hd-2 station plays the format. is this still true given the format change at the primary channel? is this jazz format locally programmed or from the bird?
