Smooth Jazz on 99.9?

Heard a smooth jazz set around 9:30 in my car on 99.9. My RDS came up with a station ID, but I forgot what the call letters read. I know there's KSHN in Liberty County that plays soft AC music, but I never get an RDS readout when I pick them up at other times. When I came into my home and turned on my radio to 99.9, it was an oldies show? Was I getting a DX in my car or does KSHN have a SJ show? I can't find any info on their website.

Around 9:30 this morning, KSHN (99.9) should have been into their "What's Your Bid" program (which is all-talk). KSHN does have their RDS up and running now, and should simpy read: KSHN-FM
