There's a reason why the Times-Picayune is called TP...it's basically as informative (and accurate) as toilet paper.

I heard the referenced exchange on the radio. What the TP failed to highlight more was "caller Ray's" REAL reason for calling...and that is, to complain that the feds need to stop fighting (and funding) the war in Iraq, and send those funds to rebuild NO. Yes, it was mentioned in passing, but the TP doesn't seem to realize that this was THE reason for "caller Ray" to chime in.

I guess "caller Ray" suffers from the typical nawlins welfare mentality. What a shame.
