SNL: Season 31

While Watching This Weeks Broadcast Of "Saturday Night Live"

One Question Kept Popping Into My Head...

Why Is Horatio Sanz Still A Member Of The Cast?

The Fact That He Has Been On For Six Seasons Amazes Me!!!

He Has Trouble Reading Cue Cards ... His Delivery Is Horriable ...

And He Either Blows His Lines Or Laughs Through Most Of The Sketches.

Why Is He Still There? ... Did He Save Lorne Michaels Life Or Something?

I thought the show was good last night. Mike Myers and Kanye West were great together... and the weekend update with Horatio I thought was very funny as well.

On the other hand, I found the following from: http://www.oswego.org/testprep/ela4/g/capitalizebegsentl.cfm

"When writing a paragraph it is important to capitalize the first word in every new sentence, (not every word). If you don't do this the person who reads your sentences will have a difficult time trying to figure out what you are saying. "

I like Horatio Sanz, but he seems totally lost ever since Jimmy Fallon left.... like Fallon was his lifeline or something. (I might be in the minority, but I did enjoy seeing Fallon and Sanz trying to keep their composure.) I absolutely love his Aaron Neville impersonation, but putting him on Weekend Update was a huge mistake. Sanz was the very definition of "deer caught in the headlights." They really need to try a different combination next week.

Is Maya Rudolph really eight months pregnant as she said she was at one point or was that only scripted during the Kanye West segment? I only saw her at that point of the show.

She's really eight months pregnant.

If this show was a horse, they would shoot it and put it out of its misery.
But, hey, it's cheap to produce and takes up space on a night of the week where people tend to watch less TV overal, so it is still here...
