where is the courtesy......you apply for a job...you take time to write a cover letter, attach a resume.....and you never hear squat. An applicant is owed the coutesy of a response, yes, no, maybe so.....not even a we will call you back. If this is the way you run a Human resources department, you are very unprofession. Only the manangement at AGM has ever responded back, and also the former GM with AGM now doing business in Santa Fe, also took time to respond with a personal e-mail, and he is a young man, some of you old timers should learn from him. Univision has received three different applications and I never heard back, this how a potential asset gets a way from you......is It a wonder that they are still looking for someone at three stations. I am a profession and I expect the same in return,nothing more. I am very knowledable in various genres of music, but, you would never know If you don't bother to respond to applications .
