Well, for the most part, I simply look at Mediabase a few times a week to know I don't need to listen to radio. I'm pretty aware of what's going to get added and when and why as well as where it's going to break format wise so there's no wow factor for me, it doesn't suit my personal tastes nor does it fit into what I want when I want it. Internet Radio and Satellite offer not just a "show" from time slot to time slot but the entire format and for me as well as many others on this board, it takes more of our listening time. Radio hasn't lost me as a client but it's lost me as a listener long ago - for the most part. I'm sure that's the norm (listening habit wise, I don't think everyone goes through Mediabase but in my line of work I do)
