i dont wish bad upon anyone. but...105.3 has sucked and will suck as long as it remains talk radio.

I agree completely, except you need to put "sports" in front of talk. Does anyone know how the ratings compare between former format and current?? I still contest that tweaking the talk format could work, but fire bombing the whole station was an ill fated move.
Why not do mini-formats inside your 24 hours.
Keep Jagger non sports, mid-days keep those that don't work happy by talking about nothing important, drive time- entertain me dancing monkeys!!, then after that do sports as a lead-in to sporting events that are upcoming, ie- rangers games, etc..., late night put on an alternative type such as BDH who talks about all the stuff that people who stay up all night enjoy, like MMA, and obscure rock bands that may have influenced modern bands, but no one can remember who they are.
