Earlier today, after outliving it's longtime partner, Art Douglas, by three years. 1420am, WCOJ in Coatesville passed away today at the age of 59. Cause of death for the station that gave Jim Croce's music airtime for the first time, was reported to be fiscal arrest after many years of revenue anemia. It was reported the the station 'found religion' in it's final moments. It was survived by Robert Henson, Gene Mitchell and Ron McNeil.

Somewhere up there Art walked down the hall to 'raise the power' but never came back...
