So What Does Rob Roberts Really Do?

It's been stated on this board that the major Q100 programming decisions come down from Jan Jeffries. At least that's the word from our esteemed colleague on this board, fmfreq.

Rob Roberts, the new Cumulus/Atlanta operations manager, built a name for himself in his 10 years at Y100. So if Jeffries is the decision maker, what is Roberts doing?

Wouldn't that be like hiring Michelangelo to paint the bathroom?

Same as every other Cumulus employee: Polish the resume and look for a real job.
 
Whom did Rob Roberts fire? I think that was all Cumulus' work before he got there. Also, "fire really good DJ's"...like? Anybody, anybody. Jimmy Baron? Oy vey.
