So what HAVE you ended up listening to while avoiding 24/7 Christmas music??

I do still tune in occasionally to Loren and Wally on WROR since they only play a couple of songs per half hour but when the Christmas music comes on, I hit the scan button. I haven't been back to Oldies 103 once since their flip.

For the most part, it's been Mike-FM while I'm on the road and WBOS at home.

Had never listened to Mike to any great extent at all but I've grown to like it. Didn't think I'd like no personality voices whatsoever but it hasn't been as bad as I thought and I like the music mix pretty well.

I can't get Mike in on the home radio (I live in Worcester County) so, the past several days, the home radio has been tuned into WBOS. I had never ever listened to WBOS before and I've enjoyed this station as well. For the most part, my WBOS listening hours have been in the early evening and late evening with the occasional dash of morning guy George Knight. Anyone know if the night guy Dominck Lewis is the same Dominick who occasionally shows up as a fill-in morning traffic reporter for Loren and Wally on WROR and calls himself something like Dominick Indindolli??? Sounds exactly like the same guy.

Other than Mike and WBOS, it's wherever the scanner lands and comes up with something I want to listen to: dashes of Oldies 98-9 (Webster-Worcester); 104.5 WXLO (Worcester)...I had had the home radio on WXLO but they started playing Christmas music nightly from 7 to midnight so WXLO had to go; Mix 98.5 (although I can't stand John Lander); and even Magic 106.7 (which is now streaming Christmas music online as it did last year).
