OK,...let's roll! What was it? What was Corporate Radio's first money
missssssssed-steak?

Not being concerned about what the listener (consumer) thinks!

Well,...fellow poster, Al Timiter, had it right on the money. For all that we veteran air talents have had to endure, and watch, it makes my barbeque taste alot sweeter to know the following: Today...you can not sell your group of stations for the price you paid!

Also, on a base of wants verses needs, Fancy Ass Offices peed on the monthy, as well. WHYZ & WQOK were in mobile homes, and that was all they needed. No rent, no high prop taxes, on paid for B-grade real estate. Frontage roads worked well too! Not to mention the price of interior decorating fairies, and the egos that hired them! Get that damn fern off my Coke machine, and send those candles back, before I decide to put them somewhere! The money made went to those that worked to make the money, and into the equipment. Wants verses needs...Heard not seen.
