So, what's the deal with WMEL?

So 920/1300/1060 WMEL reportedly surfed back up the dial to become 1510 WMEL a few months ago, but when I tuned in 1510 today there was good ol' WWBC playing Christian music and preachers just like always. I tuned around a bit but didn't hear anything 'MEL-ish on any other signals. Anybody know the story? Just curious; it has been entertaining playing "Where's WMEL?".
