Does anyone know when the work will be finished and MVP will be back to normal?

I got an answer:

WMVP is in the midst of several transmitter projects that will culminate
in the replacement of our three broadcast towers in the spring. There
is a great deal of site preparation work going on right now, which
requires us to operate with reduced power from our primary location, or
at full power from an auxiliary site in Tinley Park. In either case,
listeners may experience the kinds of signal loss that you are
reporting.

The good news is that much of the work requiring power reduction or the
alternate site is now complete and in the next few days you should hear
WMVP at full strength again.

Thanks for listening, and hang in there -- it will get better!
