Way to leave two stations twisting in the wind. This may come down to overall cluster demographics. If CC keeps The Buzz, the cluster is going to lean heavily male (with KODA the only real female skewing station.) Keeping Mix 96.5 will keep the gender reach more in balance. My guess is that KTBZ goes.
Of course, there may be significant changes to KKRW and whichever station is kept. I don't see CC messing with KODA.
Wonder why KKRW wasn't one of the spinoff stations? The signal is somewhat inferior to the others.
And what, if anything, does this mean for the CC AM's?
Things might be as interesting as they were in 2000 with all the consolidation/spinoffs in the market.
