So Who's *GOOD* To Work For?

I don't know if there's really anybody (past or present) connected with the business who was a picnic to work for? But I have to give JJ high marks! [I never worked for Bob Fuller].

It's just my opinion...but I think there's a HUGE difference between certain radio employers who permit professionals to do their jobs well (and make them money).......as opposed to the ones who are more interested in intimidating their co-workers or generating gossip? When you have to 'look behind your back' more often than doing your job...it defeats the purpose(s) for which you were hired, doesn't it? ???
