Soft AC, Easy Listening, and Adult Standards

These are three wonderful formats. Right now I am listening to the 'Sunlight Lounge' on HD through the internet.

Too bad these stations aren't still on the air. They're great. Too bad Sunny 104.5 flipped formats. They had a good Soft AC format and they flipped to the all Christmas format, which would be great for these types of stations.

I am in no way near the supposed demo that loves that type of music, but I like to tune in and hear some of that great stuff.

I was dismayed about 5-10 years ago when I heard on one of the MOYL networks DION'S Runaround Sue. Hardly an MOR or MOYL song.

I recently heard PAT BOONE'S Sunday MOYL show. Sounds good. He even played some recent stuff like Michael Buble (sp.?).

It's a good format that really needs to be on radio.

Your point about "Runaround Sue" reminds me of something: The Music Of Your Life network appears to be playing the wrong version of "Breaking Up Is Hard To Do"! They're playing the original 1962 version instead of the ballad. I didn't realize it was wrong until I heard Gary Owens announce the song as being from 1975. Obviously, he would know better if he actually heard the song but he's voicetracked.
