the new mix 96.7..sounds like an mor from 1979...and i see no one on here even noticed it changed. it is a gold based ac station. but it really does sound like an AM MOR. thoughts?<P ID="signature">______________

Damn and I thought I was gonna be first (as I noticed it only today)

But yep Sunburst media's big change on KBZZ 96.7 Morgan City was gold based a/c (but they have gone into the 1990s with songs but have dropped some of the softer stuff like Celine Dion from what I can tell)

Don't know about 1979 but sounds like something from about 15-20 years ago for sure. Now to see if people will respond

There have been locals listening for the free cash (plus a few who love christmas music no matter what) as well as those who like a/c, as it and WLMG 101.9 are clearest a/cs around...

Plus folks will know soon as Sunburst is putting their name on all the local events such as a bull bash that Guaranty used to sponser... Either that or they could also pull a CC and do cross promotion
