Some help with past KYW 1060 name ?

Several buddies up this way and elsewhere have been in the habit of collecting and swapping old sound-clips / airchecks. There was a fellow (whom I believe reported from Harrisburg) with a decidedly 'different' voice for radio. I cannae think of his name. And amid the myriad KYW pages I don't see it.
It wasn't Ffffffredd Sherrrrmannnn, who did business news.
It's not Tony Romeo. He sounded to me like Alan ('Hawkeye') Alda, and one could just envision him doing his reports in a long green bathrobe and a ten gallon hat, with a martini in his hand. Terrific listen.
No, the Harrisburg guy's name escapes me. Once more: he had a distinctive voice that could stop any former radio person in their tracks.
EMail me if this isn't the proper venue for nostalgia, oksy?

OMG. When my brother and I were kids listening for weather reports and our school closing number (it was 811 and the bastards NEVER called it!), we would constantly be like "What did he say?!" When Sandy said his name, we thought he was saying the name of some country in the Middle East. san-DEE-stuh-RO-bin
