Some help with Windows Media Services

Ok, I have Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition with Windows Media Services. I have the encoder up and running....but how do I set it up so that it goes through Windows Meida Services(I really want optimized streaming)?

If the services are running as well as the encoder, it should feed directally out though the IP address that was specified.
