Some old Seattle sounds from the 60s and 70s

I wasn't going to reply to this, but I can't help myself. When I was a teen dx'ing from Seattle, 14CFUN was one of my favorites. Seattle radio during the mid-70's was quite mellow, with the exception of Andy Barber on KING-AM, and later Danny Wright on KJR. But CFUN seemed to offer high energy throughout the day. I loved their sound. I recorded a lot of this high energy in the 1974-76 era. It was absolutely terrific. And, yes, I enjoyed hearing those Canadian pop hits. Some were quite good, but never crossed the border, for whatever reason. CKLG was a bit harder to pick up, but I loved their smooth jocks and their classic jingles. 1970's top40 in Vancouver was terrific, and this Seattle native loved Dx'ing it.
