Some personal reflections from a onetime broadcast student

Having met WONE morning guy Tim Daugherty this past weekend at a band show, I had told him who I was in relation to the message boards and my blog. He had told me some of his WIXY/1260 stories. I had posted a link to one of my blog posts on another thread, dealing with WIXY/100.3, Champaign, Illinois(which I also posted on the Illinois board). I wrote that because Tim had asked me if the WIXY calls were being used anymore. The post that belongs to the link I'm leaving pertains to some of my memories of WIXY/1260, which I described as the soundtrack to most of my teenage years. I hope you enjoy.
