SOMEBODY'S LISTENING TO WGUL

The writer obviously has an axe to grind against radio... and I do agree with some of his points. But the two page rant this man posted shows he has a problem with brevitiy... and sanity. Mr. Calabria wrote "It seems to be someone’s not very funny idea of how to use our public airways. Remember that we, all of us, are supposed to own the airways. Which reminds me, how come we’re not getting paid every time public air time is sold for advertising commercials?"Careful there Hoss. Next, you'll be robbing toll booth operators! I have a wonderful idea for him. Put up or shut up. Go buy a station, ANY station and give all those ad dollars back to the people. Don't bother paying the electric bill, licenseing fees, salaries, etc. Or better yet, don't run ANY spots. I'm sure you'll be happy to pay for everything out of your savings account.
