Was tunning in to 107.9 kqqk to listen to El Norte but there was to much static and another station came out clear but couldn't get the name. All I heard was 108 and they where playing country so I figured a lot of stations where going to be Dxing so I tuned to all the stations and founf the following.

Although many of the stations you listed seem to be from the Beaumont - Port Arthur area, I'll take a stab at the 107.9 being KIXS from Victoria. Or maybe not.
 
I was getting the same interference from KIXS yesterday. Surprised about the "Que Pasa" at 99.5, I was getting KISS from San Antonio in the morning. Hard to imagine that you received KSAB at 99.9 as well. KSHN typically kills anything else at 99.9 as far as rimshots, unless WACO 100 is having a rare visit down to Houston.
 
Funny I can hardly get KIXS on a good day out in Lavaca county since they downgraded.
