Something has got to give...

With the hugh ratings of the VH1 Rock awards last week, the constant growing popularity of Rock and Metal music, Ozzfest, most Rock/Metal shows selling out in seconds, people complaining about the lack of this music on the FM band and on and on. Soon when football season is upon us, the two Rockers will be dueling it, yakking about the birds. With Eagles talk Monday night, Merel the Peril and MMR's Monday night sports show. Something has got to give, less music is in store for the rocker, there is a need for an Active Rocker to be serving this audiance 24/7, it has to happen soon, the audiance is there, they spend, they are loyal, they are in multitudes, so whats the problem??? Sunny is going in the wrong direction....

What "hugh" ratings do you speak of the show was not in the Nielsen top 10... Sopranos, 5 NBA playoff games, Nextel Cup Race, WWE Raw, A comedy central movie and Sponge Bob were the top 10. Sometimes you just say stuff but can't back it up... please provide the evidence that the show you are speaking of drew "hugh" ratings and that the "audiance" is out there.

Not only that, but any ratings are based on a "National" sample. When you break that down to the Philadelphia market, who is to say that anybody watched those programs here?Personally the only reason I'd listen to some "hair rock" station would be for a good laugh now and again. And because I know you'll take this the wrong way RockIntern, I'm not saying we need more rap stations either.
