Hey everyone. I've having trouble finding a certain song and I'm wondering if any of you may have heard it before.

It's a very stripped down song. There is a guy singing "You are beautiful" many times. If I recall there may be an acoustic guitar and a tambourine activated the same way a foot pedal used for a kick drum would be. Very mellow, slowish, and as I said before, stripped down. Any idea who this could be?

Thank you!

No

> Is it James Blunt, "Beautiful" ????

I thought someone may say that, but that is not the song. This song is probably at least one year old.
I had heard the song in a 24 hour prayer room at my church. There was a boombox with softly playing some quiet music and that song in question was on the CD.
______________

How about this?

Maybe it is Paul Wright's "You're Beautiful"... though the album version sounds a little more active than your description, so maybe it is a live version or something.

I listened to the song and I don't think that is it.

I must say though, thanks to the both of you for your suggestions.
______________

Could it be Third Day's "You are my King" from the Offerings Worship CD? (maybe Offerings 2)

That's close, but it's not the song. It was like that song, except it did not contain electric guitar, the rock sound, or the lyrics this one contained.
The lead singer's voice was not rock sounding at all.
______________

How about Delirious "Stronger". That beautiful expression is all through it.
