songs thst CHR should not have gotten

So we did what songs CHR missed..how about songs that CHR did get that should have been left alone. (whether did not fit format, or just sucked, note not one that necessary flopped, cause lost of songs flop but are still good and fit the format)

Off the top of my head, I cannot think of any, but I will post mine when I get to my computer and look at WMA and listen to the radio.

David Banner - Play
T-Pain - I'm Sprung
Webbie - Gimmie That

too urban/rhythmic for CHR. WXSS Milwaukee plays all of these. Don't know about any others.<P ID="signature">______________

No offense Jeremy, but that's BS. You know that WXSS 103.7 Kiss FM is a Rhythmic leaning Mainstream CHR, and you know that it's a very successful one at that. The ratings sure seem to indicate this, as they would for stations like 104.5 SNX in Grand Rapids.
For CHRs like WXSS it makes sense to take a chance on records that might be deemed "too urban/rhythmic" for stations like 97.9 NCI Columbus, or 97.5 ZOK Rockford...

yeah. sorry about my statement. you know me and my big mouth. It demonstrates my lack of knowledge and was uncalled for.

I come to expect it from WSNX. Since I first started listening to WSNX in the mid 90s (They were rhythmic CHR then) they've always been the way they are. And the ratings proove it. WSNX is the only rhythmic leaning CHR that I actually like. Before I heard WSNX, I never really knew anything about rhythmic/hip hop. It opened new doors for me and brought me into listening to the music style more.

Okay back on topic. Sorry about all this.

As far as "liking" the songs, the only one on that list worth play, imo, is David Banner's Play.
