Sonixtream.com streaming service outage?

Has anyone noticed an outage with their sonixtream.com service?

I have a client who utilizes this and we've been pushing our audio to them but they can't seem to push it online.... ???
 
This is a new animal to me and the hidden switches in the GUI were beyond my gnaw-ledge....

Not to fear, "Brian" saved the day; but I went back and tried to see what I was missing.... Again, Brian helped with the following:

You have two encoders, the EDCAST for the MP3 (iPhone) and the RDDI/TRE for the windows media (website). The window we saw yesterday is the view of the RDDI engine. You could see it if you right-click on the RDDI engine name in the grid.

Does that help at all?
