Payola, pure and simple.

The more things change, the more they remain the same.

It just gets more creative to skirt the law.

The better discussion is on the Coast to Coast board, which I would think is preferable if you want to know what a lot of people think.

A regional board pretty much limits your answers, and this is a bona fide national issue ...
