Sorry to embarass my old employer, but...

I'm at Ford Field, using the little radio they give everybody in the stands at the Super Bowl. The idea is you can tune into each team's radio coverage, the Westwood One feed, the ABC TV feed or the Spanish feed. It's something they've done at Super Bowls for many years.

So, about 20 minutes before kickoff, I'm tuning around looking for Steve and Warren. I hear the words "Tacoma-Pierce County" in a commercial, and figure I'm on the right spot on the dial.

And then I hear... 'now more Rush Limbaugh on 770, KTTH.'

The switch to KIRO was made about five plays into the game. Oops.

More heads to roll, but we'll save those for later. I don't know who's more wanted dead or alive in the Northwest right now. Osama bin Laden or the referees of last night's game.....

Local sports news reported last night that the NFL is being flooded with complaint calls. So they're going to review the calls of the game and issue a statement later this week. What the hell good does that do? Why even bother? It's over, the Steelers won. Get over it Seattle.

OK. I give up-begrudgingly-to the Steelers. It's just something I wouldn't say very loudly in any local sports bar......
