Sound Lite FM/Q 104.3 livestreams sucks

What's happening with the Lite FM and Q 104.3 livestreams? It sounds very bad. I hear strange sort of 'tickle' sound in the background. It's very anoying to listen to at the moment. When are they resolving this problem?
