Soundchecks Tips

I was wondering if you all could share some aircheck/soundcheck tips? I have been recording some stations recently, mainly for the liners and local spots. (Sometimes, we don't have internet or the bill goes past and I listen to the "checks" along with the ones you all posted) The program I have now records for 30 minutes, it very simple, playback at 64bps. To not eat up the space on my laptop, I have put the "checks" on a couple of 2GB flash drives. I'm new to doing this, but wanted something to have when and if a station goes away. ::)
