Soundprocessing livestreams CBS Radio stations NYC changed?

I'm notice a difference in the sound quality of the livestreams from the CBS Radio stations in NYC, for example Now FM and CBS FM. Other processing or other presets on the Optimod PC1100 cards?
 
I can't speak for the New York City music stations' streams, but at the very least, the processing for WRBQ/Tampa and WOGL/Philadelphia's HD2 (70's) channel are sounding great.
