104.7 would be a good place.
There and also Rock Solid Victory 91.5 FM WWEV would make a good alternative, if they can afford it. They at WWEV had been struggling financially since their Spring Sharathon, but in mid-June some positive changes were noticed such as a change to the promo for"The 24 Hours of Praise" (which isn't all Inspirational Gospel,
Contemporary Worship Gospel, Contemporary Gospel, Gospel Soul, andPraise & Worship Gospel, some of the other sub-genres of Gospel music are mixed in, and they think they have a praise theme to them when in reality they don't; The same thing happens at The FISH on Sunday Mornings during the Sunday Morning Celebration). WWEV also gained more underwriters. As for The FISH, if they want to be a better example of particularly Contemporary Worship Gospel and Praise & Worship Gospel on Sunday mornings, they may want to pay attention to their sister Salem affiliate, a flagship FISH affiliate that doesn't even call itself "The FISH", but plays the same music 94.9 FM KLTY in Arlington, TX-Dallas, TX-Fort Worth, TX. KLTY can be listened to online at
http://www.klty.com/. Before I conclude this post, was anybody at the Big Shanty Arts Festival in Kennesaw a while back? Of course, you may not remember the details of the following if you were there; I wasn't there. Anyway, Pastors Bill & Lorrie Dennington of Harvest Fire Church International had invited the KCM (Kenneth Copeland Ministries) evangelism team to come out to do some street evangelism thus getting people saved. What was remarkable was the fact they were able to get some radio DJs saved. If anybody was paying attention, what station was there? Maybe B98.5 FM, 97.1 The River, I don't know. I remember that News/Talk 750 AM WSB had theBig Shanty Arts Festival on their events page at wsbradio.com. They weren't the station because they don't play music anymore. How I know all this is the fact I tuned in to the KCM '09 Southwest Believers' Convention, and got the info from their Minister of Evangelism who's also with their home church in Dallas, TX-Fort Worth, TX area, EMIC (Eagle Mountain International Church), the minister's name is Riley Stephenson (no, he is not the pastor of EMIC), and he was actually here in the Atlanta area leading out the street evangelism. I apologize if this post was rather lengthy. Whosoever was at the Big Shanty Arts Festival, if you know what radio station that had the DJs that got saved, please let me know. That station would make another alternative to The Sounds of Faith. In conclusion, for those of you that may be against The Sounds of Faith for any reason, I would like to remind you that there is a great awakening to God going on across our nation and the world. That is all. Thank you very much.
