South 107's new signal

South 107 was coming in strong around the Grady curve yesterday. Does anybody know when they will make the move to their new tower?

The recent jump to 100k was using the existing tower.

The new tower app was only submitted a few months ago...

The app is now showing a pretty serious directional pattern with a serious null between WSW and SSE; IIRC, the app originally only showed two smaller nulls. But it should get them more of what matters--that is, most of the north half of the metro without too much negative impact on the SW quadrant.

FCC approved South 107's application to move to a higher tower south of their current tower location. I wonder how much better the signal will be in Atlanta.

119 meters is over 360 feet, Should really help in cars. Still a long distance for "building penetration".
