Just remember that when you get to post 848, you have to reference Stirling Road :) I used to ride my bike along Stirling every day to school at CCHS, just because they came up with that "no bussing within a 1-mile radius of the school" rule, and I lived exactly 0.9 miles away. That was the only complaint I ever had about Broward County Schools :)<P ID="signature">______________

Thanks.

I don't think Stirling had a route number when I was in
high school. (Of course CCHS and HHHS hadn't even been
built yet either!)

I'll squeeze it in before WFTL.

See Guest Deejay on WFUN, by cracky!

Edited: Actually, HHHS was under construction, but I'd never even heard of Cooper City at that age.

Definitely... but a strange ezperience, too.

I didn't know the music (did you catch that in
the story?), having stopped listening to rock &
roll about five years earlier, in junior high
school. So I flubbed one introduction.

But it was a great experience... and I wasn't on
the radio again (except as a talk show caller
or music requester, which doesn't really count)
until '95 or 96. (I just found a cassette of it
yesterday. Maybe I'll listen tonight.)

But I was interviewed on the NBC Nightly
News (by Fred Francis) in '75.

Now THAT's exciting!!!

Oh well. I'm getting carried away, by cracky!

And so it goes.

a phrase from the posting. Like a newspaper headline.
