Southern Delaware/Eastern Shore Md. Group for sale?

RadioTVDeals.com under Maryland lists a station group for sale. The price $12 million. It has to be Great Scott, in mentions Upgrades (WKHI 107.7 has an application for 25KW DA, it used to be on 107.5 with a different tower location at 25KW non-da) They also tried to take WZBH to 50kw da back in the 90's, but that application was closed by the FCC a long time ago. What they add does not say is if it's just the licenses, or does it include property (I believe they own all tower sites except for WXSH Pocomoke City and WKHI Fruitland). The other interesting thing is that the ad says they are profitable, if so they why did they turn off WXSH twice during the last license period.

It used to be, back in the day, when you couldn't find work in a small market you went to work for awhile as a disc jockey, waiter/waitress, cleaning person, etc. while you educated and improved yourself to get to the better positions.

Now, they're even selling the clusters that put the small timers to work for a time. Same thing in restaurants, according to another thread, and forget the cleaning crews.
