[EDIT]
im outta here. i listen to less then 1/2 hour of radio in the past week. nothin for me on the airwaves anymore. enjoy learning to speak jewish.
and in case u dont know, jewish people can speak english too so u dont really need to learn it. maybe they should be teaching spanish instead. or how to be interestng on the radio. thats a good thing they should learn.

This is a really silly debate in the first place, but I'd assume that the phrase has an off-hand collaborative "effort" anyway. Who says Hullinger was the one to coin it anyway?

well, actually, the people who were THERE say hullinger was the one who first used it on the air.

and if hullinger isn't taking a stand -- please, someone, get hullinger some help, stat. he's clearly lost his joie de vivre!!

SSS drawing big crowds? What a laugh! A few months ago I happened to be at a business where he was selling his goods, he was with that country station then, and he had all of four people there - of which two would probably have a hard time finding their way back home.

Yes the guy does at least 5 appearances a week but you go to one and form an opinion on his popularity. The same people keep having him backso he must be doing something right.

Me thinks Rickman is selling a little too hard . . .give him a break. . .he's trying a lost art connecting with people. .radio folk outside of atlanta know what that's about. The big $$$ personalities avoid listeners. Those of us who work in small market radio sell to people all day and night. What's the deal with Hullinger? What has he lost in himself? I read in SCORE he doesn't give interviews either. Is he alright?

I know very little about Hullinger except from what I learned while listening to him. He was prickly and funny (like Charles Grodin) on the Rude show, then he got more and more prickly with less and less humor on GST. It seems like now he's just burnt out and bitter. Could be wrong, but that's what it sounds like.

Hullinger was always full of himself with marginal reason to be so. I doubt that has changed now.
